Package toxTree.tree.rules.smarts Description

SMARTS support. Three different SMARTS parser can be used :

• Based on JOELIB library.
• CDK org.openscience.cdk.smiles.smarts.SMARTSQueryTool
• Ambit Ambit SMARTS parser

SmartsPatternFactory can be used to create an instance of any of the tree.
